Join us for the first twilight walk held at Story Bridge Park, on Saturday 23rd April. These walks always create lots of interest. The aim of the walk is to highlight and make people aware that beagles are being used in laboratories in Australia for testing.
The walk will commence at 5:00pm. We will be assembling at around 4:30pm. The assembly point is at the Riverside Promenade park at the end of Holman St, Kangaroo Point. This is on the eastern side of the base of the Story Bridge at Kangaroo Point.
We will be walking along the Riverside Promenade to the base of the Kangaroo Point cliffs, before returning for supper. The walk is approximately 4km. There is also a beach on the river at the base of the park for the dogs to have some fun off leash.
Parking for the walk is along the streets near the Story Bridge, including Holman St and Anderson St.
